1.1 All goods are subject to availability.

1.2 Items ordered will be delivered as soon as possible in accordance with the requested delivery service. All delivery charges shown are for 10 to 25 business days delivery of items in stock.

1.3 For products listed on our Web Site outstanding orders can be canceled at any time before shipping. A refund in full for the item(s) concerned will be given.

1.4 Every effort will be made to deliver your product quickly and effectively, using the address and information provided to us at the time of purchase. However, we do not personally handle the shipping of your product. We’ll send you your Tracking Link as soon as the carrier shares it with us, that usually happens a couple of days after the purchase, then you’ll be able to track your order until it reaches your address.

1.5 You should check your order carefully when it is delivered to you. In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit, or failing to match the items ordered by you, then you should notify us promptly and within 48 hours to customersupport@statikco.com. We use independent couriers in order to deliver goods to you a quickly and efficiently as possible. We need to hear from you as soon as possible if you believe that your order has been damaged in transit so that we can investigate the matter with our couriers and solve it for you.

1.6 Be aware by accepting our terms and conditions you give permission for your delivery to be left in a safe place/doorway/porch, and if something goes wrong after this, you will still be considered to have received the delivery. From this point on you take the risk and we will not take responsibility if it's lost or stolen. Our contract with you is complete as soon as the parcel is delivered to your GPS location.

1.7 In some special cases, if delivery fails to be made, the product will be held at the local post office. This most often happens because of customer unavailable or address provided not accurate enough. The post office will not hold the product indefinitely, so your immediate action (5 days maximum) is required to pick up and keep your product, but you can always contact us if you need help at any part of the process, just take a look at the “contact us” page to find all our channels.
